Environmental Investigation Services, Inc. (EIS, Inc.) was formed in 1997 with the express purpose of providing thorough and cost-effective environmental investigations and compliance consulting for real estate transactions in Central and Northern California. We proudly celebrated our 25th anniversary in 2022.
We are an environmental consulting firm composed of a small team of environmental consultants, including Environmental Professionals, Professional Geologists, Geologists, an Environmental Assessor, and an Industrial Hygienist. Our clients range from large engineering firms to commercial property owners, commercial banks, realtors, developers, large hospitals and hotels, non-profit land trusts and housing corporations, cities, counties, and state government agencies.
EIS, Inc. has remote-based personnel conveniently located throughout the Greater Bay Area, allowing us to efficiently serve clients in 10 Greater Bay Area Counties as well as the central coast, central valley, and southern California.
