About EIS, Inc.

Environmental Investigation Services, Inc. (EIS) was formed in 1997 with the express purpose of providing thorough and cost-effective environmental investigations for real estate transactions in Central and Northern California.

In July 2019, EIS moved to a remote working situation and added additional outfitted sampling trucks to help our geologists better serve our clients in the Greater Bay Area.
