Mr. Philip McLaughlin

Senior Professional Geologist, Hydrogeologist

Mr. McLaughlin has more than 25 years of experience in engineering geology, hydrogeology, and environmental consulting practices. Mr. McLaughlin has extensive direct experience with a wide variety of investigative and remedial technologies, including installation, aquifer testing and abandonment/sealing of various types of groundwater monitoring wells, and is familiar with the full range of drilling methods. He has managed and served as the technical lead for CERCLA (Superfund) and Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) remedial investigation/feasibility studies (RI/FS), underground storage tank closures, and Phase I and Phase II environmental site assessments at residential, commercial and governmental sites throughout California and other western states.

 

Mr. McLaughlin also has extensive experience with projects related to geologic mapping/assessment of geologic hazards, groundwater resource assessment, wastewater reclamation/reuse, and storm water compliance.
